Delivery Charges

UK Standard Delivery:

Standard mainland UK delivery for orders under £50 is £3.95. 

Standard mainland UK delivery for orders over £50 is £5.95. 

Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Special Delivery, please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. All items are insured and must be signed for. If possible, please choose a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery. If for any reason you miss the delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card for you to arrange collection from your local post office or depot.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Last orders are dispatched midday Friday for a Monday delivery. If you require a Saturday delivery please see our Express Next Day Delivery Service.

Free delivery offers apply to UK postage only.  

Express Delivery (Next Day):

We offer a next day Royal Mail delivery service. Please note our deadline for orders received is midday for a next day delivery. If you would like to use our express next day delivery service, please email our customer services team on where you will be advised on availability of the items you require.

International Delivery Charges:

We are happy to deliver your purchase worldwide; delivery prices are worked out automatically at checkout.  Simply register with your international address and our system will provide you with a delivery price based on the weight and value of the purchase using Royal Mail.  We do not add on any additional costs for packaging and administration as we believe international delivery rates are high enough, we just ask that you help spread the word about Peony & Moore beautiful handbags in your own country.
