Returns

UK Returns are FREE*

For returns please follow these simple instructions:

1) Please email sales@peonyandmoore.com within 7 days of receipt of the product, telling us why you wish to return an item.

2) We will email a returns number which you must write clearly in the space on the returns form within your delivery.

3) We will post you 1ST CLASS a pre-paid royal mail returns label which you must affix to the outside of the parcel clearly. It is recorded and insured so no other postage method can be used.

4) Please carefully wrap the item in the original packaging, and close securely with tape.

5) Please obtain a Proof of Postage when sending. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly refund.  For exchanges please re-order your item on the website.

6) We do ask that you are careful with our products. Returns are checked to ensure they are unused and fit for sale.

* We do not offer free returns for International orders or sale items.  These need to be returned on an insured service.

For Faulty items please email and follow the same procedure as above.
